    Dr. Lily is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician known for helping people open their posture to open their lives.


    In pursuit of her mission to help people build the supple, strong bodies they were made for, she graduated cum laude from her doctoral program and has completed over a thousand hours of mentorship and specialized training in TMJ, foot and airway disorders, pelvic floor rehabilitation, developmental kinesiology, hypermobility, nervous system reorganization, organ healing, and Bowspring.


    When she isn’t helping the world open, you’ll find her spending time in nature with her shirt off, keeping her bum up on long hikes, designing open-posture clothing, and adventuring around the world with her best friend and husband, Dr. John Baker.

    Dr. John Baker is a Chiropractic Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise Trainer specializing in physical medicine, biomechanics, and human performance. Over the course of his career he has worked with athletes at every level of sport, including Olympic hopefuls and Olympic Gold Medalists, as well as World Surf League (WSL) athletes, including Championship Tour World Champions, Big Wave World Champions, and winners of the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational.


    His work spans a wide range of disciplines including surfing, skateboarding, swimming, diving, water polo, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, golf, track and field, climbing, mountain sports, martial arts, volleyball, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and physique sports.


    Dr. Baker holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine along with Bachelor’s degrees in Human Biology and Kinesiology. Before entering clinical practice he built his career as a strength and conditioning coach, where he developed a lifelong passion for understanding how the human body organizes movement, adapts to physical stress, and performs at a high level.


    He approaches performance and rehabilitation through an integrated model that emphasizes collaboration between coaches, practitioners, and support staff, believing that when these disciplines work together the result is a powerful synergy for both recovery and performance.


    Prior to his work in physical medicine and coaching, Dr. Baker served as an Ocean Lifeguard and EMT with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department in La Jolla, California while completing his undergraduate education at Chapman University, where he also served as Director of Athletics for a Montessori school in Orange, California.


    In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Baker is an inventor and entrepreneur. He is the creator of Catalyst Cream, a recovery-focused topical developed for athletes and active individuals, and continues to develop additional health and performance products. He has contributed to publications including Surfer Magazine and an e-book book, Repattern: Returning to Divine Design.
